Business and Technology Applications Program Coordinator Chris Johnson Program Description The technical revolution in office automation has altered the way many office workers perform their jobs. The wide-spread use of computers has produced a demand for workers who are adaptable, versatile, and technologically literate. Organizations need workers who understand and accept change in the workplace. This program offers a sequence of planned educational classroom and laboratory experiences whereby the student will learn to access and process information for educational, personal and occupational purposes. These skills are essential for success in today's global workplace. This program includes skill development and experiences using today's computer technology. Articulated Courses Students successfully completing the following secondary courses from VALEES certified Business and Technolog Applications high school programs are eligible to apply for college credit for articulated Waubonsee Community College courses.
Applicable Degrees/Certificates Credit earned for completion of articulated courses may be used as part of the requirements for the following degree and certificate programs at Waubonsee Community College. Associate in Applied Science
