Program Description

Agricultural Mechanics & Technology prepares individuals to select, operate, service, maintain and repair a variety of agriculture machinery and equipment.

Natural Resources Conservation involves the conservation and/or management of air, soil, water, land, fish, and wildlife for economic and recreational purposes.

Agricultural Business and Management includes Ag management, finance, marketing and a foundation in crop and livestock production practices, leadership skills and hands-on occupational experience.

Organized experiences in FFA supplement the Agricultural programs. Record keeping skills and career exploration are stressed. Job shadowing and working in an agricultural setting is part of this curriculum.

Horticulture

Program Description

Comprehensive programs designed to give hands-on experiences in the areas of floriculture, greenhouse management, nursery operations, floral design, resource conservation, mechanics, and landscaping.

Organized experiences in FFA supplement the Horticultural programs. Record keeping skills and career exploration are stressed. Job shadowing and working in a Horticulture setting is part of this curriculum.
