A career in Health Occupations may be for you! If you enjoy working closely with people, and you feel good about yourself when you help others - a career in health care is available to you. You must be able to think critically and communicate effectively
The main objective of the HEALTH OCCUPATIONS PROGRAM is to prepare you for employment and/or advanced education. Students who successfully complete a Health Occupations Nurse Assistant Program through their high school or career center, and who can pass the Illinois Department of Public Health Certification examination, and may be eligible for advanced college placement in the WAUBONSEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE nursing program.
