Food service is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the country. Exciting possibilities for employment continue to evolve.
The food service program offers a sequential program of study which includes classroom and lab experiences at local high schools.
A high school graduate can continue a food service program at a community college, four-year college or culinary arts school. Upon completion of the program, students will move on to a successful career.
When planning to attend a community college out of district, students can apply for a "charge back program" through Waubonsee Community College to offset out-of-district costs.
